Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached. To start a return, email hello@colorkind.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email hello@colorkind.com and we’ll help you exchange eligible items, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: face masks, underwear, and pierced earrings, along with any item marked “Final Sale.” Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@colorkind.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
