Shipping policy

Thanks for supporting ColorKind! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During Pride Month (June) and major sale periods, processing may take an extra day or two — thank you for your patience.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 7–12 business days after processing
  • Canada & United Kingdom: 10–16 business days after processing
  • Rest of world: 12–20 business days after processing

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions throughout Pride Month.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking details to begin updating.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@colorkind.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
